Mary Jo Duckwitz

Mary Jo Duckwitz is a bilingual cultivator of people, perspectives, and projects. She leans on her interdisciplinary roots to galvanize organizations and individuals as they change and grow by managing training/curriculum production, quality improvement, and professional development/ customer success. She currently serves as a manager in clinical quality improvement leveraging skills in change management, training, and interpersonal relations. She also serves on her staff council addressing institutional cultural opportunities in growth and development.
She graduated from George Mason University in 2009 with her master’s in interdisciplinary studies concentrating on religion, politics, and conflict resolution. While completing her master’s and for the following decade, she taught Introduction to Latin American Politics and Government as an adjunct instructor. She is also certified as a mindfulness meditation teacher through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program and DEIA through UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center and the Awareness Training Institute. Since 2005, Duckwitz volunteers with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum as a bilingual docent working with youth, law, and community programs.
