Tannaz Haddadi

Tannaz Haddadi is a deputy associate director at the Federal Reserve Board. Haddadi is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience across government, the private and non-profit sector. She has served in roles at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Defense, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Center for Community Change. Haddadi is a strategic and insightful leader with deep expertise in cybersecurity, privacy, identity and access management, security and privacy engineering, technology risk management, and data governance. She has consistent success in building, developing and leading high-performing teams to strengthen an organization’s security and privacy posture, mature enterprise governance frameworks, enable zero trust and digital transformation initiatives and foster collaboration with business partners to drive mission delivery. Haddadi has also co-founded two non-profit organizations in the D.C. metropolitan area.
Haddadi received her master of science in conflict analysis and resolution and her bachelor of art in philosophy from George Mason University.
