Zach Eisenstein

BA Communication '14

Zach Eisenstein is an award-winning communications expert with nearly a decade of experience leading strategic communications efforts in the nonprofit sector. A seasoned media relations expert, Eisenstein has led the creation and execution of diverse press strategies, securing coverage in top-tier media outlets, both national and niche. Through his work, Eisenstein has successfully managed high-stakes communications crises, devised thoughtful strategic 360-degree communications plans, advised and media trained executive-level spokespeople, and more.  

With The Trevor Project, Eisenstein has led a variety of public relations strategies to secure high-impact, national press, securing millions of dollars in estimated publicity value for the nonprofit organization each month. Over the years, he has managed a variety of PR and campaign strategiesworking with leaders across the national LGBTQ+ movementto advance support and acceptance for LGBTQ+ young people. His work has reached audiences of billions, spreading awareness and driving action to support the health and safety of LGBTQ+ youth across the United States. 

Outside of work, Eisenstein is an avid WNBA fan (Go Liberty!) and is always looking to explore new dinner spots across his home borough of Brooklyn, New York.
