Rolando Flores Santos

BA Global Affairs '18

Rolando Flores Santos graduated from George Mason University in 2018 with a bachelor of arts in global affairs with a concentration in international development, and minors in Latin American studies and biology. He works with Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and is currently an Intellectual Property Formalities Assistant. As a first-generation Salvadoran-born graduate, Flores Santos understands what it means to be the first in his family to graduate from a higher education institution and has always found ways to give back.

In the past, he has served as Familia LEAD for the Virginia Latino Higher Education Network Hispanic College Institute, president of Mason’s Latino Alumni Chapter, member of the Live Committee with Mason’s Alumni Association, and as a mentor for United for Social Justice. He is currently serving as a Graduate of the Last Decade (GOLD) Representative on the Board of Trustees for the George Mason University Foundation. Flores Santos maintains an active role within the community and his involvement and leadership as an undergraduate earned him the distinguished senior leadership award.
