Mohamed Hassan

BA Religious Studies '20

Mohamed Hassan currently serves as a special agent with the U.S. Department of State where he leads complex investigations, protection missions, and spearheads critical government initiatives.  An Arab American immigrant who moved to the United States with his parents at a young age, Hassan continues to build a distinguished career with more than eight years of government service.  

Hassan has travelled to more than 30 countries and continues to use his language and cultural skills to enhance diplomacy and connect stakeholders to advance U.S. strategic goals.  Such as bringing Americans home during Operation Allies Refuge where he earned a Heroism Award and working closely with the Italian government during the Milano Cortina Olympics to protect U.S. athletes.
