Euvin Kim is a field human resources coordinator at Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières, MSF) Korea, where she leads the recruitment, deployment, and career development of international humanitarian professionals serving in crisis-affected regions around the world. Prior to joining MSF Korea, she served as project manager at the Citizens' Alliance for North Korean Human Rights and as Campaign Officer at the Asian Federation Against Involuntary Disappearances. Through these roles, she worked alongside North Korean escapees and victims of international human rights violations, advocating for accountability and the protection of fundamental human rights. 

She earned a bachelor of arts in global affairs, with a minor in conflict analysis and resolution, from George Mason University and a master of arts in international relations/political science from the Geneva Graduate Institute (Institut de hautes études internationales et du développement, IHEID). Her career reflects a commitment to human rights advocacy, humanitarian action, and transnational cooperation.
