Mike Foss, executive vice president, executive editor, sports news and entertainment at ESPN, oversees ESPN’s sports news operation, including investigative and enterprise journalism, research, digital editorial, the creative content unit and studio enhancement team. 

He also leads ESPN’s daily studio portfolio, including SportsCenter, First Take, Get Up, Pardon The Interruption, ESPN Audio and Podcasts, digital production, original studio programming on Disney+, and collaboration with The Pat McAfee Show

Since joining ESPN in 2017, Foss has played a key role in the company’s multi-platform growth strategy, helping launch ESPN’s official YouTube channels and overseeing video production, content creation and live streaming strategies across major digital platforms. 

Prior to ESPN, Foss was a vice president at Fox Sports, where he led mobile and social content strategy initiatives. He began his career at USA Today and founded the sports media property For The Win in 2012.
