Samantha Messina

Pre-Award Research Administrator

Samantha Messina joined the Pre-Award Research Team from the Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General where she collaborated with her audit teams to conduct background research, analyze grant documents, and transcribe auditee interviews for Crime Victims Fund audits. As part of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS), she is responsible for working with faculty to assist in all aspects of proposal development to meet department, CHSS, university, and sponsor guidelines.

Education

Samantha is a CHSS graduate who majored in Criminology for her undergraduate degree. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in History from GMU.
