Jessica Baer

Jessica Baer (B.A. English Literature, 1999) is the founder and owner of The Cupcake Delivers, a Fairfax-based boutique gifting and dessert company serving Northern Virginia and Washington, DC. After a 20-year career in leadership, customer experience, and team development with Whole Foods Market, she launched her business in 2011, combining creativity, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.

A proud George Mason alumna, Jessica has partnered with the university through catering services for alumni events and participation in the Patriot Perks program. She currently serves as Secretary for both The Greens of Fair Lakes HOA Board and the Villages of Fair Lakes Board of Directors, where she supports governance, communications, and community initiatives.

Jessica is passionate about bringing people together through meaningful experiences, local partnerships, and volunteer leadership. She lives in Fairfax, Virginia, and is excited to serve as a Director at Large for the CHSS Alumni Chapter while strengthening connections among alumni, students, and the university community. Her son will begin attending George Mason University in Fall 2026.
