Steven Zhou

Steven Zhou, PhD Psychology '24, completed his PhD in psychology from George Mason University. His research and teaching expertise is in leadership, data analysis, career development, and science communication. He is now an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Claremont McKenna College in southern California. Outside of academia, he has work experience in human resources analytics, institutional data, leadership succession planning, and nonprofit management. Steven continues to teach as an adjunct for George Mason and is actively involved in alumni activities for the organizational psychology program.
