Courtney Boone Douglas

Courtney Boone Douglas, BA Psychology '18, MS Criminal Justice '20, is based in Chantilly, Virginia and currently works as a Senior Content & Operations Program Manager in the public safety and software solution sector, providing valuable tools for first responders and their agencies. Her background includes work in non-profits facilitating classes for kinship families, as well as supporting juvenile rehabilitation in the justice system and conducting research on first responder wellness programs. She looks forward to connecting with the alumni community and giving back to the school that provided her with countless opportunities. Courtney is eager to bring her skillset in logistics, planning, and communications to the table. When she’s not working, she can be found catching a baseball game and working towards her goal of visiting every major ballpark in the country with her husband.
