The Center for Humanities Research is now accepting applications for Summer 2022 faculty research grants. Grants of up to $3,000 are available to support humanities-related research. Applications due April 11.

We welcome Rashmi Pershad to the CHSS research team! Rashmi comes to Mason from VCU, and she looks forward to working with faculty and staff to help them develop the best version of grant proposals for funding requests.

April is financial literacy month and on April 13, the Student Support and Advocacy Center is hosting its second annual Money Smart Day. Open to Mason students, staff, faculty, and alumni, the event comprises a variety of virtual and in-person information sessions across Mason's campuses.

Mason's Adjunct Faculty Committee, formed to consider the issues, challenges, and concerns of Mason's adjunct faculty, has sent out a call for nominations of two new members. Nominations are due Friday, April 8, 2022. On Saturday, the committee will hold a virtual town hall over Zoom.
