Faculty, students with Center for Mason Legacies recognized in Loudoun County Black History Month proclamation

An article in the Loudoun Times-Mirror discusses the Loudoun County government's proclamation recognizing February as Black History Month. Professor Wendi Manuel-Scott, School of Integrative Studies, and George Mason student researchers Shemika Curvey and Annabelle Spencer were recognized for their efforts on a publicly accessible digital archive project about the Willard community, whose residents were displaced when Dulles International Airport was built.
