Annual performance evaluation cycle for Classified Staff and A/P Faculty now open

The 2026 annual performance evaluation cycle for Classified Staff and A/P Faculty runs through April 30, 2026. Classified Staff, A/P Faculty, and their supervisors participating in the 2025–2026 annual performance evaluation will see a refreshed evaluation interface in MasonLEAPS. This redesign reflects Human Resources’ commitment to improving usability and making it easier for employees and supervisors to navigate the review process and complete evaluations efficiently.

Highlights of the new interface:  

  • One-stop dashboard for all review steps  
  • Easily filter and search by reviewee name  
  • Visual status icons for completed, overdue, and in-progress steps
  • Streamlined navigation between sections and steps  
  • Reviewees will also notice a cleaner layout, improved responsiveness, and clearer deadlines—making it easier to complete evaluations on time
