Staff play an essential role in supporting and sustaining the College of Humanities and Social Sciences’ mission as the educational heart of the University. In turn, it is vital that staff are supported in their varied pursuits of professional development. The aims of this Staff Professional Development page are to increase awareness of the already available professional development opportunities and potential sources of funding that exist in CHSS, at Mason, and beyond our campus, as well as to demonstrate the college’s commitment to helping staff members grow within their current roles and maximize their professional potential.
