Accelerated MA in Anthropology

Elizabeth Ehrreich

Elizabeth is in the Accelerated Master's Program in Anthropology, currently finishing her time at Mason as an undergraduate while simultaneously taking graduate courses that will count towards her master's degree. Her areas of interest are in cultural Anthropology, the Middle East and North Africa, cultural perceptions, religion, identity, and space and place. Elizabeth's thesis will focus on how immigrants' perceptions of the United States are influenced or shaped by the United States' naturalization process; she intends to then compare this to their experiences after becoming a US citizen.
