Kerri Chapman, BA History '98, returns to the Board as Vice President for the 2025-26 term.  Chapman has stayed connected to George Mason through a variety of means including the George Mason Alumni Volunteer Network, founding member of the Richmond, VA, Alumni Chapter, and a men's basketball season ticket holder.  As a student, she was a member of Alpha Phi Omega and served as an orientation leader and peer advisor.  Chapman's professional career has been exclusively in higher education, obtaining a Master of Education from Georgia Southern University and working in admissions, financial aid, and advancement before finally landing in information technology.  Currently, she is the Deputy Chief Information Officer at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, and she resides in Rockbridge County with her husband, Jim (BA International Studies, '98) and eleven year old twins Jack and Lillian. She is exceptionally proud to share how her CHSS degree has equipped her for working in and managing enterprise-level IT!
