Resources for summer grant writing

Mason’s Research Development Services is providing summer grant writing services including copy editing services for faculty wishing to receive input on the grammar, syntax, layout, and overall presentation of their grant applications. This work will be performed by graduate and advanced undergraduate students receiving technical editing training at Mason. Registration is required.

National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) summer stipends

The National Endowment for the Humanities’ Summer Stipends program aims to stimulate new research in the humanities by providing small awards to individuals pursuing advanced research that is of value to humanities scholars, general audiences, or both. Program guidelines are anticipated to become available on June 18, 2024, with a submission deadline of September 18, 2024. NEH will be offering a webinar for administrators and prospective applicants on July 10, 2024, at 2 p.m. (Registration required).
