CHSS GCI Networking & Application Workshop

CHSS Pre-Award is looking forward to engaging with you at an in-person Grand Challenge Initiative (GCI) Catalyst Grant application workshop, on Thursday, October 15th from 11am -1pm. The event will be held in the Johnson Center. Light refreshments will be provided.
This two-hour session will provide an overview of the GCI submission process, focus on important review criteria for this application, provide proposal development guidance and outline CHSS Pre-Award support services available for this application. There will also be opportunities to connect with potential collaborators through roundtable discussions, organized around the six GCI solution areas. The 2026 CHSS Catalyst winner, Dr. Cher Weixia Chen will be at the meeting to answer questions and share her experience.
If you have already identified partners in other colleges, they are welcome to attend the workshop with you. This is a great opportunity to have dedicated time to work with your partners or help identify new partners.
