Congratulations to the 2023 Dean’s Challenge Award winners

The College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) has announced 13 student recipients of the 2022-23 Dean’s Challenge Awards. These awards recognize students, both graduate and undergraduate, who have excelled while making academically challenging choices in their education. The Dean’s Challenge Scholarship is awarded to recognize exceptional students not only in their superior academic achievement, but in their inspirational civic and community engagement. The recipients of the awards receive a stipend, funded by the generosity of friends of the college, to assist with their educational expenses.

“These scholarships are awarded to students who represent the very best of the college,” said CHSS Dean, Ann Ardis. “I congratulate them on their achievement and look forward to seeing their future accomplishments at Mason and beyond.”
