Introducing the newly renamed Center for Community Mental Health

George Mason University’s College of Humanities and Social Sciences Department of Psychology is excited to announce the renaming of the Center for Psychological Services as Mason’s Center for Community Mental Health (CCMH). This exciting transformation reflects our dedication to expanding and enhancing our services to better serve the community's mental health needs. The Center will also be moving to a new location in early September 2023.

CCMH aims to continue its legacy of providing high-quality mental health services while broadening its reach and impact on the community. CCMH is the main training clinic for Mason doctoral candidates in clinical psychology, as well as students in other behavioral health disciplines. CCMH provides evidence-based, accessible, affordable and culturally sensitive therapy and testing services to those in need.

We look forward to continuing our longstanding commitment to serving the community and invite all to join us in our pursuit of a healthier, more resilient, and compassionate society.
