The Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) is a resource for the college’s faculty and is responsible for leading college-wide efforts to support faculty excellence and promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for CHSS faculty throughout their careers at Mason.
The Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs is a member of the CHSS executive leadership team.
Candidates must have a doctoral degree in a CHSS discipline, must hold or be eligible for a tenured position at the rank of Associate Professor (Professor rank preferred) in CHSS, and meet other requirements for the position.
