Congratulations to Jin Lee, Department of Criminology, Law and Society, who has been honored by the American Society of Criminology’s Division of Cybercrime with its 2022 Early Career Award.
Lee will be receiving the award at the Division of Cybercrime membership meeting on Thursday, November 17, at the 2022 American Society of Criminology Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia.
Congratulations to Kevin Petersen, a doctoral student in the Department of Criminology, Law and Society, who has received the 2022 Student Paper Award from the American Society of Criminology’s Division of Experimental Criminology (DEC). His paper Seeing is believing: The impact of body-worn cameras on court outcomes, a cluster-randomized controlled trial in Miami Beach was published in the Journal of Experimental Criminology in 2021.
The DEC Student Paper Award is given for an outstanding paper involving experimental field trials, or theoretical or policy questions in the area of experimental criminology. Petersen will receive the award at the 2022 American Society of Criminology Annual Meeting.
