Formal and informal recognition awards are available year-round for faculty, staff, and wage employees and include a variety of prizes, many of which are funded centrally by HR & Payroll. Any Mason faculty or staff member can use the recognition tools and resources available to them to foster an environment of shared success and commitment and acknowledge other’s contributions. Keep in mind recognition is most effective when it takes place on a regular basis in a variety of different ways.
