Thank you for supporting the Patriot Pantry!
For the past few weeks, faculty and staff in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences collected non-perishable food and personal hygiene items for George Mason's Patriot Pantry. The supplies, which will help support students during winter break when the university is closed, were delivered to the Patriot Pantry on December 4.
Jennie Bush, faculty affairs assistant in the CHSS dean's office, coordinated the collection and worked closely with Wegmans service associate Bryce Rodgerson. With Wegmans' generous donation of 30 additional bags of food, 213 pounds of non-perishable food items and 386.2 pounds of personal hygiene products made their way to the Patriot Pantry this past Wednesday!
