This concentration prepares students to affect pro-sustainability change within and through the private sector, including topics such as triple bottom line business practices, circular economies and creating shared value.

School of Integrative Studies

The program provides students with an in-depth understanding of childhood in historical, contemporary, and global contexts and prepares them for careers in a wide variety of areas, including preschool teaching, child welfare and advocacy, child health and wellness, juvenile justice, youth programming, and other human services areas.

This concentration enables students to understand and assess climate change and its consequences on society within the context of natural and social sciences, law, policy, psychology, epidemiology and culture.
