The existing contract for the centrally supported survey application, Qualtrics, expires in early 2024. To ensure continued alignment of the survey application portfolio with the changing needs of the Mason community, Information Technology Services (ITS) recently launched an acquisition project, which included a Request for Proposal (RFP) to evaluate and award a new multiyear contract for a survey application that supports the long-term teaching and learning, research, and administrative information gathering goals of the university.
The RFP committee needs help from the Mason community with selecting the next survey application for the university. Please join ITS for vendor demonstrations from two selected finalists, Qualtrics and QuestionPro, and for the opportunity to learn more about each platform and provide the committee with valuable feedback.
