Important Dates for Advancement to Candidacy

Students that have met the requirements for advancement to candidacy and need to advance for spring 2026 semester due to time limits must have all paperwork submitted to the office of Graduate Academic Affairs no later than Monday, May 4, 2026.

Students that meet the requirements for advancement to candidacy in time to register for ​dissertation credits (999) for summer 2026, must have all paperwork submitted to the office of Graduate Academic Affairs no later than Thursday, May 7, 2026.
