Explore the world of creative writing! Join us for an interactive and fun session all ages. Professors Art Taylor and Gregg Wilhelm will lead a discussion on creative nonfiction—what does that phrase mean?— and host a writing sprint with Mason professor Steph Liberatore, MFA ’14, and Mason MFA student Natalie Plahuta writing flash nonfiction on the fly based on a prompt chosen by attendees. Audience members can also try their own hand at the challenge. We’ll hear some of your storytelling attempts, then listen to what our guest authors created.
