Parliamentary Procedure Workshop: Everything you wanted to know about bylaws

Bylaws have a bad reputation of being esoteric and arcane, but this no longer has to be the case!  For the Spring Semester workshop on parliamentary procedure, the CHSS Faculty Assembly Executive Committee has invited Professional Registered Parliamentarian Donald Garrett, a Mason alumni from the Master of Public Administration program, to help break down the governance concepts contained in Bylaws, including how to interpret conflicting provisions. Bring your questions and hypothetical situations to help make this workshop relevant to your needs.
