Whether you are new to George Mason or an experienced faculty member seeking refresher training, these sessions offer insights to support your work. 

George Mason’s 6th Annual Research & Scholarship Orientation Webinar (9am-1pm)  
This virtual event will walk you through the project lifecycle – from proposal to award – and connect you with the teams that help make funding happen. Featured speakers include:

Grant Writing 101 (In-Person) - 3-4:30 PM in Merten 1204 
Grant writing is a strategic tool for advancing your research, scholarship, and creative work. In today’s shifting funding landscape, knowing how to adapt your approach is more important than ever. Grant Writing 101 is a hands-on session designed to help faculty: 1) align proposals with current federal guidelines; 2) identify private funding sources; and 3) navigate new policies and sponsor priorities with confidence.
