The National Humanities Alliance (NHA) is a nationwide coalition advocating for the humanities on campuses, in communities, and on Capitol Hill. As a member of NHA, Mason faculty and staff can participate in these events.

SAVE the DATE – NHA Annual Meeting and Humanities Advocacy Day – March 8-10, 2026
The 2026 NHA Annual Meeting and Humanities Advocacy Day will be held March 8-10, 2026. The event will provide an opportunity to connect with a growing number of humanities advocates from around the country and meet with House and Senate offices to make a persuasive case for federal funding for the humanities. Registration will open this winter.
