Mid-cycle performance check-in for A/P faculty and classified staff launches on October 1

The performance mid-cycle check-in will launch on October 1, 2024, for A/P Faculty and Classified Staff hired on or before June 30, 2024.

This check-in is intended to review and reflect on the performance period of April 1 – September 30, 2024. It is a perfect time for supervisors to recognize their team’s work and, if appropriate, submit the Acknowledgment of Extraordinary Contribution for their classified staff. This midcycle check-in is once again optional this year, with the following exceptions:

  • The process is required for employees who have not yet participated in an annual evaluation process or to address any performance concerns.
  • Individual supervisors/units may determine that the check-in is required for A/P faculty and classified staff.
