The upcoming performance management training opportunities offered by Mason's HR & Payroll are not simply “how to” courses on completing forms, but are designed to help equip supervisors with skills for engaging their teams, driving performance, providing coaching, managing a remote workforce, addressing performance issues, and to help clarify their roles in performance management. Please consider taking advantage of these opportunities!
Two courses are offered: Performance Management for Supervisors, starting August 24, and Performance Management for Non-Supervisory Classified Staff and Administrative/Professional Faculty, beginning September 13. Employees may register through MasonLEAPS.
