All Mason employees are invited and encouraged to participate in the 2022 Faculty and Staff Experience Survey, including faculty, classified staff, and wage employees.
The survey is being administered by Gallup, a leading third-party administrator. The survey takes only about ten minutes to complete and your responses are confidential, aggregated into a larger working groups/divisions consisting of no fewer than five employees to ensure responses cannot be traced back to individuals.
Gallup (support@mail.gallup.com) sent the invite with your unique link to your Mason email address. If you deleted or can’t find the email from Gallup, you can access the survey using the instructions on the Faculty and Staff Experience Survey website.
The results of the survey will be critical to university decision-making and metrics for success, and will influence the future strategic plan along with our strategic priorities as a college.
The survey measures and collects feedback on important items that will help us better understand the employee experience, such as employee engagement and well-being, sense of inclusion and belonging, professional growth and improved work/life balance. These are areas we are already focusing on as a college, and having this additional data will help guide our plan and ensure decisions are based on concrete data.
Gaining understanding about the experiences of faculty and staff in the workplace and as members of the greater Mason community is critical to our ability to succeed as a college and a university, and we thank you for taking the time to participating in the process.
