Vivek Narayanan, assistant professor in the Department of English and the Creative Writing program, is speaking at the Stearns Center’s Innovations in Teaching and Learning Conference this week on “social annotation,” using tools for collaborative close reading of texts that have worked successfully for his students.
Narayanan has produced an on-demand video that discusses and assesses collective annotation tools Perusall and Hypothesis. During the conference, he will do a Q&A on the video and share his experience with the tools as part of a panel, Teaching Transformation Talks: How Your Teaching has Changed, on Wednesday, September 22.
