Web and Technical Support: Whom Do You Call?

We are back! On campus and in our offices, the college’s faculty and staff are prepared to take on a new semester. With the new start come some familiar questions about individual devices, web operations, and technical issues. The CHSSWeb team has prepared a quick overview for you along with contact information.

Classroom and Device Support 

For questions about managing your Mason devices such as PCs and laptops, as well as support for classroom and conference room technology, the primary contact is University IT Services.

For support with telecom, including phones and networking, contact your department or office’s telecom coordinator. 

For support with purchasing or managing equipment, contact your department or office’s equipment liaison.

The CHSS IT Team offers training, support, and consultation to help you effectively use your CHSSWeb site including:
