Mason Finance Gateway Goes Live on February 15

As you may be aware, Fiscal Services is implementing a new system, Mason Finance Gateway, to replace the current Travel Request System (TRS) and most manual reimbursement forms (Food & Beverage, Payment Requests).

The system is scheduled to go live February 15 – all employees must complete the required online navigation training in order to receive access to the new system. To complete the training, go to https://masonleaps.gmu.edu/ and login with your NetID and password. Locate the training, titled Mandatory Mason Finance Gateway Basic Navigation Training, under the “Required Training” tab. There is a Training Guide to assist you with completing the curriculum and the quiz. This should take about 30 minutes to complete.

Even if you rely on a delegate to assist you with processing travel, you must have access to the system to receive reimbursement. Please refer to the Fiscal Services page for more information on the Mason Finance Gateway, or contact fscomm@gmu.edu for assistance with the training.
