If you’re missing listserv emails, on possibility may be that you have the "clutter" feature turned on in your Outlook mailbox so the mail system moves these messages to the Clutter folder. If you’ve been missing university-wide emails, use these instructions to turn off clutter mail sorting. Don’t miss a message!
