Sally Keith, Associate Professor of Creative Writing at George Mason University, has been named as a Poetry finalist for The Library of Virginia’s 20th Annual Literary Awards. She was nominated for her most recently published collection of Poetry, River House (Milkweed Editions 2015).
There were only nine authors chosen as finalists for the Library of Virginia’s 20th Annual Literary Awards. The finalists were chosen by an independent panel of judges from hundreds of books that had been nominated. The winner in each category will be selected from among these finalists and announced at a gala celebration on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at the Library of Virginia.
