How did you choose your degree program?

I have always had a passion for learning languages, so I chose to go with a language that would challenge me!

How did your academic experiences in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences impact you?

My studies of Chinese language, literature, and culture have greatly broadened my appreciation and understanding of the diverse world we live in.

What accomplishment(s) during your time at Mason are you most proud of?

I'm most proud of helping develop the Chinese Program social media pages. Hopefully its social media presence can continue to develop so that it serves as a link between the GMU student body and the greater Chinese community in Northern Virginia.

Are there faculty or staff members who made a difference during your Mason career?

I truly appreciate the passion and wisdom Professor Karl Zhang brings to teaching his courses on Chinese literature and philosophy. It was a true pleasure to be a student in his courses.

What are your current career plans following graduation? What are your long-term career goals?

I'm actively seeking a career in sales to build the skills necessary for a life of entrepreneurship.
