Melany is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Strategic Communication at George Mason University and has recently joined The School of Integrative Studies as a Graduate Professional Assistant supporting Marketing and Communications efforts. 

Before joining The School of Integrative Studies, she worked as the Employer Engagement Coordinator at George Mason University Career Services, where she developed innovative marketing strategies and managed key employer relationships.

Outside of her professional life, Melany enjoys spending quality time with her dog, Peluza, and being an active member of her church youth group.
