Instructions for Graduates and Guests

Instructions for the Patriot Procession (near the Field House in the Soccer/Track Stadium)

  • General and special needs parking will be available in Lots M, O, and P in front of the Field House, accessible from University Drive. This area is on the west side of Ox Road/Hwy 123, which is the opposite side from east campus.

  • Please arrive about 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • Graduates may bring up to eight guests. Tickets are not issued for this event, but all attendees must check in at arrival to be admitted to the stadium. Please bring your registration confirmation and a list of your eight guests. You will be admitted to the stadium as an entire party.

  • This is NOT a seated event, but special needs seating will be available.

  • Marshals and volunteers will be on hand to direct your party through the procession.

  • Regalia is optional.

  • Large gatherings of individuals are not permitted. Please maintain social distancing in the stadium and while entering or exiting.

  • Attendees are permitted to bring water bottles and rain gear into this venue.

  • Attendees may also take video and still photos of the ceremony.
