This course surveys the religious traditions and philosophical systems of Korea including Shamanism, Buddhism, Confucianism, and Christianity. The course will explore the Korean development of the religious traditions and philosophical ideas introduced to Korea in relationship to native Korean spirituality and thought pattern.
