The Russell Sage Foundation (RSF) invites letters of inquiry for projects relevant to a wide array of CHSS faculty. In most research areas, awards may be up to $200,000 for two years. Letters of inquiry are due May 3.

RSF will also accept LOIs relevant to core programs that address the effects of social movements, including unionization drives and mass protests, and the effects of bias and discrimination on social and living conditions in the United States.
LOIs must provide specifics about the proposed data and research plan. RSF strongly recommends that potential applicants review its grant writing guidelines and take advantage of the instructional webinars available on its web site.
