Colleges and schools collaborate in Women Building Bio conference

Gmu ad vabio xx factor 2017

Women Building Bio: the XX Factor conference will take place on the Inova Center for Personalized Health campus on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. Mason's Senior Vice President and Provost David Wu and the deans of the College of Health and Human Services, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Volgenau School of Engineering, and the College of Science are co-sponsoring Mason’s marquee sponsorship of this event.

This is a day long conference where participants recognize and learn from leading women in the bioscience industry as pioneers paving the path to success. This day will catalyze the formation of a diverse network. It is a convergence of academia and industry, men and women, researchers and innovators, professionals and decision-makers, gathering together to build relationships. This conference provides extraordinary opportunities to exchange new ideas, highlight areas of bioscience and research opportunities, and find partners for future collaboration.
