Director, Operations and Initiatives

Jenna joined the CHSS Dean's Office in July 2014. She serves as a member of the college's senior staff team and is responsible for facilitating strategic management processes, coordination of cross-organizational initiatives, and operations for the Dean. She manages the college's Renewal, Promotion, and Tenure processes and serves as a liaison for the college with the Provost's Office, the college's Promotion and Tenure Committee, and CHSS departments and programs. She serves as the college’s representative on the Faculty Activity and Collaboration Tools (FACTs) Subject Matter Expert and Administrator Working Groups. She oversees the administrative operations of the Dean's Office, including maintaining MOU records, and training, mentoring, and supervising administrative staff. Finally, her team is responsible for managing the college's faculty credentialing process for SACSCOC compliance.
